It's A Family Affair
My family of Minolta X-370 cameras, including derivatives and licensed copies. The X-370 was sold in Europe as the X-300, so that's where a lot of the copies get the basis for their names.
Starting in the back row and going left to right are:
Centon DF-300, Minolta X-370s and Vivitar V50;
Minolta X-370, Kalimar KX 5000 and Soligor SR-300 MD;
Minolta X-370n, Minolta X-7A and Minolta X-7A;
Carena SX-300 and Seagull DF-300.
The Seagull DF-300 was the name brand of the Chinese factory that took over production of the Minolta cameras in 1990 - the Seagull Camera Co.
The Carena SX-300 is the latest to join my collection. I picked it up at the post office today.
I've shot with the six cameras in the back two rows and next up to shoot with will be the Seagull DF-300. When I fix a bad capacitor issue with the other four cameras, then I'll be able to shoot with those, too!
