...routered - from a template glued below ( care needed - spiral and shear cutters ) - very easy to mess up ! You need to know your router well !
The final cut with a guided shear cutter leaves no burn marks in the head gullets ( clean ! )
The extensions to the ramp of course are cut by hand - and not easy with a combination of ebony/cedrella - and a change of grain direction a the scarf joint !
Still slight easing needed - but close...
