flan

I needed to do something really, really, really good for Lloyd today, all available world stocks of good. Lloyd really loves flan, always orders it whenever he finds it on a menu, and often laments over how hard it is to find a good one. I found one, an easy, gorgeous one, in Dorie Greenspan's Baking: From My Home to Yours. He had two pieces. He loves it. I'm glad. :)
