4. Mirrored Right: put a mirror vertical and in the middle (perpendicular to the image) so you can see the right image in the mirror with your R eye, your head is close to mirror, focus on mirror image and move/tilt the mirror till the left image and the mirrored image overlap in your sight (also helps to move your head a little bit to the right). The viewing distance is closer than with crossed eyes method.
