Batik String Blocks
these are the string blocks i will piece together and quilt for a pillow top (for a throw pillow).
i've layed them out on a piece of white foam-core in order to shuffle them around til I find an arrangement I like before I sew the 4 blocks together.

i find that sewing/quilting is almost theraputic for me when I'm feeling antsy and house-bound. it gives me an outlet to be creative, create functional art and decorate my house all at the same time.
