The Great Melt has begun. Wretched cold winter - the winter waterfowl watching locally has been AWFUL, with the water frozen at the dogs' and my regular hiking spot for months on end.
Spring cannot come too soon!
(Of course... compensating for the wretched winter for local waterfowl watching/photography is the fact that we've had an unusually good year for "rarities". Hoping to have a chance to finally clear room from my hard disk while I'm on spring break and catch up some on some pp!)
