Shamrock Shape Cookie Challenge

These were part of a cookie challenge to use a shamrock cookie cutter. The tree was actually a fluke because when I asked my grandaughter what the cutter reminded her of, she said broccoli. I decided not to do broccoli but a somewhat similar tree shape instead. The Celtic design was of a tattoo I found on the web and was a lot harder to do than I had anticipated.
