Palomar College Mosaic

This entire brick structure was designed and executed by James Hubbel years ago. In 2008, it was moved by crane to a new location on the campus! The school added a foundation, covered it with slate, and left an open swirl shape in the cement bed. James had us install a brand new mosaic element to commemorate the event!
