The Mayor of Bristol Speaks..

Bristol's Mayor (I assume) gives a rather stuttering speech prior to the opening of the Wai Yee Hong Oriental Restaurant in which he suggested Eastville might now become known as Far Eastville. Still it was a sunny day and everyone clapped politely.
