After finishing their work at 41st St., the inbound crew of CP 471 sits on the DM&E connection as the eastbound counterpart, 470, arrives off the Waseca sub and changes crews at MC junction.
After waiting for a pair of eastbounds on the River sub, 470 will pull forward and back through the plant at Goodview, clearing the way for 471 to proceed to milepost 6 and meet their taxi. The entire operation stretched out for nearly three hours.
