Midnight Sun Eclipse
This image shows a partial solar eclipse at midnight as seen from Northern Norway. Not only did the Sun shine in the middle of the night, but a rare eclipse of the Sun occured at midnight. In addition to the Moon gliding in front of the solar disc, I had placed myself so that the mountains of the Earth were shaped like another celestial body, making it look like the Sun was eclipsed by two Moons. The picture is taken around midnight in the far North of Norway on the night between 1-2 June 2011
