This is my contribution to CakeCentrals contest with the theme Awesome! Magical! Sweet!
It's not an easy theme, but to me that meant cute, pink and magical, so a pink baby dragon seemed apt.
I first considered a unicorn, but as I don't like making cake without anyone eating it, a unicorn would be much to big for my colleagues who are the resipients of my cakes.
The cake is chocolate mudcake with white chocolate ganache covered in fondant.
I had sooo much trouble covering the 'egg', so the fondant is far from smooth, but I hope I'm the only one noticing :0)
