35 - Technicolor Pachyderms
For his Elephant, Rob looked to his favourite childhood Disney film for inspiration, Dumbo. The ‘Pink Elephants on Parade’ scene had always fascinated him so he set about creating three dimensional versions of two of the elephants that appear. Using perspective anamorphosis, there are two specific viewpoints exactly opposite each other which, when viewed correctly, perfectly depict the two elephants. The name Technicolour Pachyderms is taken from a line in one of the verses of the song which accompanies the scene… Can you find the correct viewpoints?!
