Happy place
Many many many good memories of nearing the Mississippi River while chasing a westbound along the Chicago Sub. Tasks would usually involve getting that cheap Iowa gas on the "island", fill up the junk food stock, and then sit and wait for the westbound to creep across the BNSF diamond in Savanna.
This day is a little bit different as I was coming back from Bellevue, IA and lite power was heading east to the yard at Savanna as I hit the river crossing at Sabula. A short wait later and the magic of catching ICE 4208 was a nice cap to a productive and memorable day.
