The Start of a GTW Day! Neenah
GTW 4928 leads train #533 east to do work at Hilbert, then down to New Holstein on the former MILW Superior Sub on 9-4-16. The 4928 is a former MP unit that was acquired in the late 80's by the GTW, and has been a fixture around Neenah for the past month or so. Until recently this shot would have had a large overhead pipe that crossed the tracks from the site of the old Bergstrom Paper mill to the Minergy plant, that was recently demolished. While it was much better to watch them pull and spot cars at the mill, this opened up a new shot, of which the light has finally come around early enough to get.
