"I Have An Eye For You"
My guide and I watch the old bull elephants for quite a long time. They seemed fascinated by us too. One of the most exciting things to experience during a safari is actually engaging wildlife to a point that you think you are communicating with them. I told the guide that this old male elephant must be intrigued by my white hair and wrinkles. We both thought that was quite funny.
In all of my travels I have seen and photographed many elephants, but never quite got this kind of shot right. I am quite happy with this effort though. This is how string his eye contact was with us.
