139/365 -- 7.9.08 -- No Sugar!
I'm on the third day of my detox diet. So far it's been tolerable but not all that satisfying. Then I got the brilliant idea to make spaghetti. The challenge is finding sauce without added sugar. After reading many labels, I finally scored some spaghetti sauce. I also picked up a bag of rice and bean chips (gluten and wheat free). They were so good that I looked over at Chris and said "I think I'm going to live and now that I have these chips, I could possible do this diet for more then a week." But I'm not.
