Door fitting

If it doesn't work then I will mould up another "inner" frame, trim to fit and place in the aperture after having "packed it out to the correct depth" and then mould up another outer door and bond it in situ there by making sure the exact shape is maintained, bit of a ballache but if I didn't have a pre made door that is how I would be doing it. Shut lines are just rough for now, if it works I will get and hinge the door and sort all the shut lines out just before I prime, give the doors time to settle (it could really do with going into a paint oven for an hour or two
