Inner arch

Started to panel out the inner arch, need to mould up another panel for the bit that goes towards the nose. Just bonded in situ with epoxy/flox, once it has all gone off and been cleaned up I will put a small amount of 2x2 twill along the joints just to finish it off. Will be on with the other door very soon.

I also made a steel plate with welded captive nuts and bonded this behind the D shaped panel so I will be able to remove the door hinge plate if needed at a later date as there is no access to the nuts unless I cut a hole or two!!
