EMD at Ellinor
Big props to milwe70 for the heads up on this rare bird heading west out of Emporia, KS this afternoon. I could be wrong, but I believe this leader is something they refer to as an "EMD." This is at Ellinor, where the La Junta Sub branches off from the Emporia Sub. For the 13 miles from Emporia to Ellinor, the Transcon is a triple track mainline, that can be awfully busy at times.
