VW Quantum GL5

Another previously posted find, however I couldn't pass by this on the street without getting some better pics. I see this about fairly often, in fact it was briefly in convoy with my Audi of the same colour last summer. I exchanged a cheery wave with the owner, united in our enthusiasm for obscure gold/beige VAG products of the 80's.
