Blue-eyed Corellas

Some of the flock of corellas that invade Strathalbyn twice a day. They are noisy and destructive, but can be hilarious to watch. They, like galahs, are natural clowns. They have very strong beaks and chew everything. They can be nice pets, but are inclined to bite. We used to have one which had a vast vocabulary and several "acts" which mimicked human behaviour. "He" turned out to be a "she" when an egg was discovered.Who knew? Only other birds can tell which is which, which is just as well. :)
