I saw Danny Bird's pics, loved them and wanted to have a go myself. Here is my first try.

Shutter: Manual Mode 1/200th @ f8
Focus: Auto
Film: ISO 400
Flash: 1 x Canon 580exII, 1 x old school flash
Power: 1 camera right manual 1/128 power 30cm diy snoot
1 bellow table top full power through diy grided snoot with red gel
Trigger: Cheap ebay wireless set
Photoshop used to remove dust on left and a slight contrast adjust.
