This shows the surging-swelling process of wave progress from the faraway nascent wavelet to the smashing foaming anger nearest the camera, a bit like a giant awakening in a rage.
Oversharpened to bring out max detail in the foam and swelling water surface. This is a crop, enlarged to 3000 p across in PS, gamma'd and sharpened. I think the 7d's higher density sensor might have handled this better but this was the first trial of the new-old 5d so it got the job.
Looks overprocessed if overclosely examined but I still like it.
