Single Swallow

Shot about an hour back where Swallows are seldom seen - passing by my yard. Made me wonder why it's still here, with the chilly weather we've had this last few days i'd imagine that flying insects would be getting pretty scarce by now. So much so I have the heating running, albeit on a candlepower setting; just enough to restore a bit of comfort now that Autumn's beginning to make its early presence tangible..
