Punk Rock Bingo = Cheap Beer, Punk music, porn on the TV's and prizes like tattoos and piercings, skateboard decks, bongs, sex toys, free booze etc. Oh yeah and you get spanked (usually with a skateboard deck) if you call a bingo but were mistaken and don't actually have a bingo.
