South American Marine Otter (lontra felina)

Crap picture but the best I have, as it was taking from a wet pitching open boat on a winter ocean, trying to get close enough to the island to see the wildlife but not TOO close.

 

Taken at the Humboldt Penguin Reserve off of Caleta Chanaral, Chile. July, 2019. July 4, I think.
