This is based off of the one in Batman: Arkham Asylum.

 

The pic makes it look kinda messy, but it looks good IRL.

 

I originally wanted to make different hair for him because this hair is to "not messy" I guess.

 

I had carved out the cheekbones. The coat tail is a flag. Please credit if use.
