TK12

This was the least likely place I expected to see an over under with CP and CN as CP's St Thomas bound local marches down the jointed rail with 4 cars slowing for a 10 mph slow order as a CN transport zips above at 65 mph.

When I visited in March, CP was still making daily trips to St Thomas, Ontario to deliver frame cars for Formet and boxcars to Messenger Freight Systems. But by June the shipments for Formet would stop and CP would run south of Putnam as required to service Messenger Freight Systems. On December 14, 2009 the Ontario Southland Railway took over CP's operations on the St Thomas Sub through a lease and operate 7 days a week to the CAMI auto compound in Ingersoll, and as required to St Thomas.
