Storms create such beautiful conditions for visual artists. My camera in this case was struggling to record the dim light at dusk. I planned to give up processing this image since it's not as perfect as all the macho cameras now available that can produce effortlessly.
But I still love the scene and wanted to find a way to process it so that it remained true to the special mood of that February evening. I love storms and hope that climate change won't mean an end to them in this part of the world, but sadly we have had less rainfall in the last few years.
