These are oversized… they average 7/8ths" to 1.5" thick by a minimum 6 1/4 inches long so larger pen blanks have room to spare

 

I've taken bunches over to the post office and now know that standard post adds the following shipping:

for 10 - padded mailer plus postage -

to average USA address 14$

 

for 20 - padded mailer plus postage -

to average CDN address 16$

to average USA address 22$
