Monte Hatcher, VOA Creative Services, receives his award from Patricia Bodnar, VOA Language Programming Coordinator, Rebecca McMenamin, VOA Language Programming Director and David Ensor, VOA Director. Monte received his award for his helpful and repeated guidance on developing the video graphics for the Africa Health Network. Not pictured, Ray Duke from Creative Services, also received an award for his production of the video graphics. In addition, from Creative Services, awards were given to Sean McCall and Michelle Harris.
