Yates Mill

My friend Sarah came to visit this weekend. Proving I know how to show a girl a good time, I took her to a tour of the historic Yate's Mill, which is about ten minutes from my house. This grist mill was built in 1756 and is fully restored and functional. I have been driving by this place for years and am glad to finally have had a look inside. Sarah tried to steal a 196 pound barrel full of cornmeal and was summarily tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail. I hadn't seen that before either. Neat.
