This is how I create the finger-holes for either wooden or Faux Bone rings. Here are some small blocks of wood that have been drilled with a spade drill bit. I find that drilling the finger-holes using this type of drill bit is easier than using a drill to put a small hole in the wood/Faux Bone and then threading through the saw blade from my piercing saw and cutting out the finger-holes using that method. It is easy to get the exact size too.
