Awake and Unafraid
Today wasn't exactly a "happy day". I took a look at my wristband and read 'Famous Last Words' (a song by My Chemical Romance). Then, I remembered some of its lyrics: "Awake and unafraid; asleep or dead". SO, in order to prevent myself from doing something...stupid...I drew this up. Awake & Unafraid are the lyrics, obviously, and the hearts are a reminder that there are people who care for me/people I care for (the people I need to stay strong for). I really hope I can get this tattooed one day because even just thinking these lyrics picks me up. I want to make these words permanent on my body as a reminder to stay strong when things go wrong.
I suck at drawing, though, so if I DO ever get this done, I'll let the tattoo artist put their own creative twist to it :P
