Top Fans

Two ZZ Top fans pose for me outside the Keswick Theater last night.

 

I got my birthday gift a few days early this year!

Larry surprised me with some ZZ Top tickets last week. I was so excited.....they are one of my favorite bands.

I had decided that although this particular venue is cool about bringing in cameras, I wasn't going to tote that big monster in there.....too many people.....so I was just going to be content with grooving to the tunes and perhaps wiggling my butt a little.

I was treated to dinner at my favorite Thai restaurant before the concert, and Larry gave me another present!!!

A little pocket Canon........OMG!!!!!!

We had talked about getting a small camera that we could carry easily to events, and just to keep in the car for whatever, but this was totally unexpected!

So here is one of the first pics I've taken with it. Not too shabby!!! This was in pretty low light. I took quite a few pics of the concert which I'll post later.

All in all, a pretty fantastic night!

I will never get over how much my husband spoils me!!!
