I'm going to wrap myself in some Love
I was surprised a couple weeks ago when my dear friend Kathleen told me to expect a package in the mail.
When it came and I opened up the box, I was completely blown away!
She had sent me the quilt she'd been working so hard on all these months.
The workmanship on it is simply incredible, and all the wonderful dogs and cats couldn't be more perfect!
I told Kat that I needed to hang it on a wall, it's way to pretty to put on my bed where the animals would be all over it.
She suggested I take it to the shore and use it, but I couldn't bear to leave it there all winter where I couldn't see it!
I didn't have a place large enough to spread it out to take a picture of it, so I took it out on the front lawn.
LOL! So much for keeping the animals off of it! As soon as I laid it out there, Vinny was all over it!
This is the 2nd quilt I've received from Kat. She sent me a Jelly Bean quilt she made years ago that I simply adore that hangs behind my bed.
They mean so much to me and are now two of my most prized possessions.
