I was starting to worry about Alice.
I'd set up her little A framed cat house (it's like a heavy duty tent). There is an exit at both ends with a clear flap so she can see out, and the floor is padded and heated.
At first I was encouraging her to go inside by putting her food bowl in there. She'd go 3/4 of the way in to eat, but would come back out and curl up on an old moving blanket on the floor. But in the past day or two she has discovered how cozy it is inside, and now she seems very content with her little nest.
Now I won't worry about her being out there in these colder temperatures.
