Basil
This is Basil, the male Red Panda at the Philadelphia Zoo.
It was nice to see him up and moving about in his habitat the other morning. Most of the time I seem to visit during nap time, so all I get to see is a furry red lump at the top of some tree branch.
He was busy "marking" all over his territory!
They are such gorgeous creatures!
