Nottingham Resignalling, Single Line Working, Points operator 2
The sharp end, Mr John Harper Nottingham MOM keeping the railway running.
These are new hydraulic clamp lock points and are being operated by hand then clipped and scotched as required to facilitate the single line working of the Lincoln and Skegness services into Nottingham station.
From Saturday 10th August trains have again returned to the East side of Nottingham station.
Trains are operating under the control of the new EMCC Netherfield workstation up to just before the site of the old Sneinton box, thereafter pilotman working is in use in conjunction with a points operator.
These 6 shots are all taken at the location within Eastcroft depot were Network Rail's MOM's (Mobile operations Managers) are acting as the points operators.
