Day 46: Hard Drive Innards

A coworker in the IT department was busy taking apart failed hard drives from a server so as to render the data in them irretrievable.

 

I borrowed one that had already opened, positioned it so the light from the windows reflected on it, then took a few shots. It soon met its complete demise after I gave it back to my coworker.
