poor ponytail

This poor girl came to me in a lot of other vintage dolls a few months ago. I'm not sure if she is a number 3 or 4....she has a heavy body. She really needs help. Some sicko broke off most of her fingers on both hands, and cut her hair off. Thankfully she still has her curly bangs, but I don't know how or if her hands can be fixed.
