dumped sewing machine

my boyfriend and i found this dumped by the side of the road near where i live... we took it home and he wired a new plug on and it works!!! i was just wonering if anyone could shed any light on it and where i might find parts etc. it was there with its case but it was all broken, i want to try to do it up and see if it is useable... i can't find a model number or anything and don't know how old it is or anything.
