Vesuvius Lurking

I absolutely love this picture not just because the backdrop of Mount Vesuvius and the ruins of Pompeii are breathtaking, but also because I was enjoying this moment with one of my closest friend from Wellesley. The skies were incredible this day - inviting in one direction, forboding in the other.
