Faust & Mephisto

Near the entrance to Auerbachs Keller this statue of Mephisto and Faust is placed. It shows one of the scenes of Goethe's "Faust" which is actually set in Auerbachs Keller.

Mephisto is working his magic on the students. On the other side of the way is actually a corresponding statue showing the students.
