Amazon pod creature.

This was in the botanical gardens in Amsterdam. It scared me to think of coming across a plant like this in the wild. I'm not one for swimming in weeds so I can't help but imagine falling out of a boat into a pond of these and them opening their pod like, underwater centre, capturing me & slowly digesting me like a venus flytrap. Best plant I've ever seen I think.
