vatican rachael

Rachael and I visited the Vatican in Rome. You can tell a lot of interesting facts from this photo:

1. The colonade around St. Peter's church is big and impressive, and makes Rachael (foreground) look even smaller

2. The Vatican has it's own post office, as it is (sort of) it's own country

3. The Vatican mail boxes are a delightful shade of yellow

4. Rachael is looking at something interesting there, probably the giant church to her left (our right)

5. Rachael's shirt was deemed improper by the Vatican guards, who decided she would be okay if she wore my shirt as a shawl. Cute.
