Hey You!
So, for all those years I endeavoured to become a rock star, I had this old suitcase for my pedals (Cry Baby wah-wah, for example), cords and the like. And during that time, it collected many stickers. The other night I photographed it in detail in order to create this: The King of Kool and the Other King of Cool (No! Not The Nuge!) for Sandy's challenge over at Kreative People.
Anyway, this one is from 1981 for a short-lived late night show on the fledgling tv station Channel 47 (MTV, multiligual television, at the time.) In brief, Chuck, the all-night security guard, would take over the station's transmitters after the regular programming was done and play 'a bunch of cool tapes' like The Twilight Zone, Sgt. Bilko, etc.
