Waiting...maybe for nothing...
The conductor's arms flail in the frigid night air, baton slicing through the falling snow - his emphatic gestures exhorting the orchestra members to strive for heights of excellence that previously they believed were beyond them. He castigates them with pained and hardened grimaces; for his impassioned eyes bore into the very depths of their souls...the dark heavens are filled with the sonification of a dying humanity.
