West Coast Launch (aka Prince Rupert Adventure Tours) has a contract with Rio Tinto BC Operations to provide marine transportation services between Kitimat (site of Rio Tinto's large aluminium smelter) and Kemano (site of Rio Tinto's hydro electric generating facility). Rio Tinto got out of operating their own boats a few years ago.
